The rest of the young men sharing the Paris garret were Jeffrey Buchman as a fun loving, visually piquant Marcello, Daniel Okulitch as a strong voiced, energetic Schaunard and the lovable Zdenek Plech as a comedic Colline. Plech has an outstandingly robust bass voice over which he has not yet gained complete mastery. Both Benoit, the landlord, and Alcindoro, Musetta's rich suitor, were played for comic effect by Jeffrey Stevens.
