<<< << -- 9 -- Maria Nockin DRAMATIC VERACITY
Vladimir Hristov was an energetic Mandarin, Dimiter Stantchev a poignant Timur and Evgeni Lekov an authoritative Emperor Altoum. The doomed Prince of Persia was escorted to his beheading by the robust, scarlet clad executioner, Elvis Tzvenkov, deftly swinging the fatal axe overhead in hypnotic circular motions. For this performance the theater was totally sold out and the enthusiastic audience greeted the performers' bows with a full five minutes of thunderous applause.
