Identical seventeen-year-old twins, pianists Rachel and Vanessa Fuidge, made their recording debut in 2005 with a programme of lively odds and ends on Dunelm Records DRD0241.
Their selection with four hands on one piano was titled A Touch of Class and recorded at Whiteley Hall, Chetham's School of Music, Manchester, receiving heartening critical plaudits.
Last year (2010), five years down the track, a second breezy Touch of Class emerged with several items dropped from the former Dunelm Records' (1991-2007) CD and a few later recordings added.
The Dunelm release had just two items from Saint-Saëns' Le Carnaval des Animaux ('Le Cygne' and the Finale)...
