1999 Soulima and Francoise New Millenium International Competition
|
The Foundation for Art and Musical Excellence (FAME) sponsors the Soulima
and Francoise New Millenium International Competition. This year it
is for pianists between the ages on 16 and 30. If you fall in this age range,
please let us know if you would like some information.
The Foundation also sponsors the International Piano Institute
which takes place in New Jersey, USA from July 25th to August 8th. The piano
teachers are Donn-Alexandre Feder and Elisha Gilgore (from
the Manhattan School of Music), Irwin Gelber (from the Boston Conservatory)
and internationally famous recording artist, Igor
Kipnis (from Mannes College of Music). Last summer students came
to the programme from more than twenty countries.
