Eclectic and accessible, the music of John Corigliano embraces contemporary style while not forsaking earlier epochs. His most recent CD, Winging It, offers a retrospective look at his piano music. Performed by Ursula Oppens with assistance from Jerome Lowenthal in the works for two keyboards, this Cedille Records recording spans fifty years of his compositions for the piano.
