Hans Hielscher at the organ of Derby Cathedral,

German organist Hans Hielscher, of the Markt-Kirche, Wiesbaden, is a renowned authority on the French organist and composer Alexandre Guilmant. So he was a natural choice to open this year's Derby Cathedral summer organ recital series (Derby, UK, 6 July 2011), which features Guilmant's music to mark the centenary of his death.
