exceeds HOWARD SMITH's highest expectations'... beyond criticism ...'

I seldom encounter a CD recording which is wholly beyond criticism. Here is one.
Since 1993 Norwegian saxophonist Jan Garbarek, Britain's Hilliard Ensemble, and fellow musicians have joined a roll call of musicians with surpassing voices of universal peace and reason in a world of conflict and unreason.
They include legendary artists Miles Davis, Jacqueline du Pré, Bill Evans, Bruno Walter, Louis Armstrong (trumpet), Paul Desmond, Djivan Gasparyan (duduk), Dame Mitsuko Uchida, Yehudi Menuhin et al.
And today a rich legacy of live and studio recordings by Davis, du Pre, Evans, Walter, Armstrong, Desmond and Menuhin live on...
