Most likely very few subscribers to Music & Vision are familiar with the Israel Camerata Orchestra Jerusalem which on 19 October 2010 inaugurated the evening concert season of the IUC (Istituzione Universitaria dei Concerti, the philharmonic society of the main university in Rome -- 'La Sapienza', viz 'The Wisdom'). The IUC also has an afternoon series -- every Saturday during most of the academic year. Indeed, very few in the audience -- a magnificent auditorium -- knew much of the Israel Camerata Orchestra Jerusalem. It is the leading chamber orchestra in Israel today.
