Thoughtful Output Music by Thomas Hewitt Jones - heard by PATRIC STANDFORD '... attractive but questionably appropriate ...'

Court Lane Music is a production company owned by the brothers Simon, violinist, and Thomas Hewitt Jones, composer, cellist and conductor of the Court Lane string ensemble. The company is responsible for film and TV music, various commercial outputs, songs and advertising jingles. Amidst all this, the production of this recording seems to have established a more thoughtful output with its recording of a sequence of pieces arranged from music composed by Thomas for a 2008 commission from Independent Ballet Wales for their choreographed representation of Dylan Thomas's Under Milk Wood -- an unlikely yet intriguing undertaking.
